STEP 1: Purchase Your Services

Using my convenient online menu, select and pay for the services you need. For your convenience, I bill your services in 2 payments. You’ll pay 50% when you place your order and the remaining 50% when your drafts are ready. Make sure you keep your receipt; your accountant may be able to include this expense on your income tax return.

STEP 2: Schedule Your Interview

After your purchase is confirmed, I will email you ASAP to schedule our discussion. Most conversations average between 1½ to 2 hours.

STEP 3: What to Expect During Your Interview

Prior to our call, I will review any source material you’ve provided and create a list of talking points to guide us through the discussion. We’ll talk about your target role and target audience, and what aspects of your skills and experience you believe are most relevant. While much of our conversation will center on the most recent 15-20 years of your career, I will discuss strategy for how we should frame earlier experience. I may ask you to send me position advertisements for the targeted role.

STEP 4: Relax, I’ve Got This!

After our discussion concludes, I will start working on your documents. Understanding that developing these vital tools takes time, I strive to deliver your drafts within 5-7 business days following our discussion. If I run into an unforeseen delay due to illness or other circumstances, I will advise you ASAP.

STEP 5: Review Your Résumé Draft

When your drafts are ready, I’ll notify you and send the invoice for the remaining balance. Once the invoice is paid, I’ll email the documents to you with detailed instructions about how to capture your edits/revisions. I do my best to produce drafts that can be finalized within 2 or 3 revisions, but we will work together as long as it takes to revise, polish, and produce the final version of your documents.

STEP 6: Finalize Your Documents

After we’ve completed revisions to your satisfaction, I will finalize and email your documents to you, along with the complimentary materials included with your order.
