Process

Having worked with executives for 20+ years, I understand your time is valuable, so I strive to make this process virtually effortless for you.

STEP 1: Free Consultation

Our journey together begins with an introductory call—we’ll discuss your objectives, review your old résumé, and outline a strategy for developing the new one, plus any supporting documents you may need. I’ll let you know what your investment will be for the selected services and review payment options with you.

STEP 2: Interview

Once you’ve confirmed you’d like to move forward, we’ll schedule a time for us to discuss your career in greater detail. Prior to our call, I’ll review the source material you’ve provided, conduct some preliminary research into your target role/industry, and create a list of talking points to guide us through the discussion. 

STEP 3: Draft Development

After this informational interview concludes, I’ll begin working on your résumé draft, which will require 15-20 hours of intense “deep work,” including research, strategy creation, story/content development, and keyword optimization. Drafts are generally ready within 5-10 business days.

STEP 4: Draft Review

When your draft is ready, I’ll email it to you for review and editing, along with the final invoice. Drafts usually can be finalized in just 1 or 2 revisions, but we’ll work together as long as it takes to revise, polish, and produce the final version.

STEP 5: Project Conclusion

Once we’ve completed revisions to your satisfaction, I’ll finalize and email your documents to you, along with the complimentary materials included with your order.
